I (Keira) get to do a sport too! Cheer tumbling. That is me running on the trampoline/tumble track before class started.
Okay mom, so we are breaking multiple safety rules here. But aren’t we cute nonetheless?
Ava made a *perfect* snowball for me with the snowball-maker that grandma gave us.
I have been sneaking onto daddy at night, to snuggle with him. Here we both are, fast asleep. Mommy thinks this is super precious.
I must be thoroughly bejeweled after my bath. And no, mommy may *not* dry me until I am accessoried to my liking.
Our beloved Gammy and her friend took us to Sesame Street Live – our first show ever! We had such a blast! We were clapping and stomping and showing each other our belly buttons and flirting with the little boy behind us. Then gammy took us to Toys R Us, then to McDonald’s, and then to her house to visit with grandpa and the kitties.
For the purposes of artistic expression (play dough) I am allowed on the dining table.
Our auntie Susanne became proud new mommy to Trista, who is 8 years old. They have known each other for more than 2 years already. Auntie loves Trista SOOO much, and we love her too, and cannot wait to meet her and play with her.
Darling Keira, happy Adoption Day (December 31st)! This magic day that brought us together is something to celebrate today, and forever…

Daddy and I had a special day together… just he and I. He took me to the Strasburg Railroad museum. Here I am running between the trains.
Daddy also took me to Hershey Chocolate World, and here is the sample they gave me – “Kissables”.
One of our favorite things to do with Auntie is to take a bath together and enjoy some hot chocolate. Keira left after about 30 minutes, but I (Ava) lasted 1.5 hours or so!
Mommy and Auntie watched a movie (Philadelphia) while I slept. It looks like I am faking sleep here, but I am really quite fast asleep! Mommy is amazed at how angelic I look!
My gammy is helping me to hug baby Ryder. His face usually *lights* up when he sees me, but this time he must have thought I have the girly cooties, or something. ha ha Ryder!
We took Auntie and Omi hiking… they visited for Christmas. It was such an enjoyable holiday this year…
I had the cushiest ride when I wasn’t hiking with everyone else. Mommy had a better workout because of it… Ava and Omi each had walking sticks, so I insisted on having one too. It doesn’t matter that I ended up *eating* it, it is still my walking stick.
More candy *did* end up on the gingerbread house than in our tummies, but only because Auntie was supervising. Still, we weren’t too keen on dinner that evening…
Our auntie took us swimming. Swimming is one of our most favorite activities… oh, it was a wonderful day! Our Y is building a new outdoor pool (actually 3 pools in one location) which will open in May and we drive by the construction site regularly and can check on the progress.
